It is a well established fact that people’s self-esteem and work performance go hand in hand. This concept has been tested over the centuries and has proven this fact time and time again.

As in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, which by definition, states that beyond meeting the most basic of needs for immediate survival, all people have the need to self-actualize and feel important, satisfied and inspired to perform to their fullest potential.
